Up North will feature 90 owner-occupied apartments, divided into two building sections. The 50 Avenue apartments are located on Klaprozenweg. The Park apartments will be located at Klimopplein.
Up North Avenue apartments, facilities and planning
Up North is designed as a square-shaped building, divided into eight smaller blocks, each with its own look and quality. In the inner area of the building, the intention is to create a liveable and nature-inclusive area. From the stairwells, paths lead to the heart of the meeting garden. Centrally located in the garden is a greenhouse as the main entrance to the bicycle parking on the first floor. This is where you unwind and meet! The edges of the garden will be planted higher and even small trees will be planted. With native plants and nesting boxes for birds and bats, other residents are also welcomed. This creates a pleasant living environment in Up North that is also nature-inclusive, climate-adaptive and therefore future-proof!
AVENUE APARTMENTS
The Avenue apartments building comprises 50 owner-occupied apartments in various types. The construction market, which will be at the bottom of the building, will be bordered by duplex housing and office spaces. In the parking basement, residents of Up North can park their cars or scooters. On the first floor there is a spacious bicycle shed with an exclusive use section for the Avenue apartments, which have two fixed private parking spaces per apartment here.
