Up North will feature 90 owner-occupied apartments, divided into two building sections. The Avenue apartments are located on Klaprozenweg. On Klimopplein will be the 40 Park apartments. Here you can live tastefully in an apartment or maisonette with the greenery at your feet.
Up North Park apartments, facilities and planning
Up North is designed as a square-shaped building, divided into eight smaller blocks, each with its own look and quality. In the inner area of the building, the intention is to create a liveable and nature-inclusive area. From the stairwells, paths lead to the heart of the meeting garden. Centrally located in the garden is a greenhouse as the main entrance to the bicycle parking on the first floor. This is where you unwind and meet! The edges of the garden will be planted higher and even small trees will be planted. With native plants and nesting boxes for birds and bats, other residents are also welcomed. This creates a pleasant living environment in Up North that is also nature-inclusive, climate-adaptive and therefore future-proof!
PARK APARTMENTS
The Park Apartments building comprises 40 owner-occupied apartments of various types. The green Klimopplein is literally on the doorstep here, giving the Park Apartments a beautiful view. In the parking basement, residents of Up North can park their cars or motorbikes. On the first floor there is a spacious bicycle shed with an exclusive use section for the Park apartments, which have two fixed private parking spaces per apartment here.
